  "Apparently", The Watchtower has left the "peg leg" question unanswered for now. If Blackbeard had one on his left leg, the Art Dept. cleverly inserted a pillar in front of it. Aaaaaarrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhh!

  the other thread on the judge rutherfords death lead me to google beth sarim at 4440 braeburn rd., in san diego ca.

  nice digs on google earth.

  the home next door is over $800,000 on zillow and trulia.

  Right near the front door there's a big, dark, metal oval-shaped placque that says "Beth-Sarim, Home of the Princes". It's a registered Historic Landmark in San Diego County.

  I'm pretty sure you can see the placque on Google street view.

  When my son and I visited a couple years ago and took a few disrespectful photos, there were people home and they didn't have the JW "vibe" at all. But you never know.

  it was only low 20s (c) here in southern australia.

  after weeks of long hot days, it looks like the cold is on the way.

  in an unrelated matter - it's only 11 days till game of thrones season 3 begins.

  i happened to be on facebook today, when in the message section, i see on the left a column of the latest private correspondences with various folks.

  one is from bex, a former jw in my area who passed away on 12/31.

  dated from 8/10, her last words to me were, fade well.. .

  so my husband (who was never a jw) saw a christian bumper sticker today and asked me if the witnesses have any.

  i said no (not that i know of anyway) so here are a few he came up with.. 'honk if you're a zombie'.
